• Check-in is after 2 pm. 
• Early check-ins are only possible if the apartment is vacant.
• Guests must provide valid ID or passport at check-in for registration purposes.

Guests and Visitors

• All overnight guests must be registered within the reservation request; the maximum number of overnight guests is 5, plus one child under the age of 5.
• Should any unregistered guest be found, you will be charged for an extra night’s stay.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Visitors must be approved by us before being invited over.
• Only registered guests may have possession of the key at any time. In case of a lost key, a €100 fee will be incurred.

Apartment Rules

• Please remove all footwear at the door of the suite.
• Quiet hours are in effect between 10 pm and 6 am. Please be respectful of others’ desire for quiet and alone time.
• No parties. Excess noise is not permitted in my home.
• Guests are expected to treat the apartment with care, maintain tidiness, and accept liability for any damage caused.
• Waste separation is obligatory; plastic packaging and cans are to be separated from the rest of the waste. Garbage must be taken out before unpleasant odors develop.
• No smoking of any kind is permitted in the apartment – guests will be charged a €100. Smoking is permitted outside, in front of the entrance; please use the ashtray provided.
• Used towels should be dried (except on departure day) and placed in the laundry basket.
• Do not use white towels to clean up blood, dirt, or other unsanitary messes – use paper towels instead.
• Paper towels must not be flushed down the toilet.
• Extra linens are provided once a week or upon request, but not for stays shorter than 3 days. 

Property Use

• Only the garden in front of the apartment is for guest use. The rest of the property is private.
• Located in front of the apartment, two parking places are designated for guests. Do not park in front of the garage, as we use it regularly.
